Do I upload my resume before or after paying?
You can use the free ATS scan on the homepage without paying at all. For paid plans, you upload your resume when clicking the plan button — it goes with your checkout request so we can start working immediately after payment.
How long does the rewrite take?
Most rewrites are delivered within 24 hours. During peak times it may take up to 48 hours. You’ll receive your optimized resume as an email attachment as soon as it’s ready.
What file formats do I get back?
You receive both a PDF and a DOCX version of your optimized resume. The PDF is ready to send to employers; the DOCX lets you make any final edits yourself.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your resume is used only to generate your optimized version and is never sold or shared with third parties. We delete uploaded files after processing is complete.
Can I get a refund?
If you’re not happy with your rewrite, reach out within 7 days and we’ll either redo it or issue a full refund — no questions asked.
What’s included in the free ATS score?
The free scan gives you an ATS compatibility score out of 100, your top 3–5 missing keywords (based on the job description you paste, or common industry terms), and 3 concrete suggestions to improve your resume.
What’s the difference between Single Polish and Pro Bundle?
Single Polish rewrites your resume and includes one tailored cover letter — perfect for targeting one specific role. Pro Bundle includes everything in Single Polish plus three cover letters and two rounds of revisions, ideal if you’re applying to multiple roles or want to fine-tune the output.
How does the Unlimited plan work?
The Unlimited plan is a monthly subscription. For $39/month you can submit as many resume rewrites as you need, with version tracking and priority support. Cancel any time — no lock-in.
